Thank you for your business. Greenregenbeauty is committed to your satisfaction with our educational programs and services. This Refund Policy outlines our commitment to you and the terms under which refunds or cancellations are available.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any educational program or service from Greenregenbeauty, we offer a full refund within thirty (30) days of your purchase date, no questions asked. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
  • The program or service must have been purchased directly from Greenregenbeauty
  • Refunds are available for full program purchases (not partial or drop-in sessions)

Consultation Cancellation Policy

For scheduled consultations or coaching sessions:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are fully refunded
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session will forfeit 50% of the session fee
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not appear for a scheduled consultation without providing at least 24 hours notice, the full session fee is forfeited

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Downloadable guides and digital materials (once access is granted)
  • Membership fees for ongoing programs (after the initial 30-day period)
  • Recorded sessions or video materials (once provided)
  • Custom written assessments or personalized reports

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address
  • Your original order/invoice number
  • The date of purchase
  • Your reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Subscription Programs

For ongoing subscription or membership programs:

  • You may cancel at any time and receive a refund for the current billing period if requested within 30 days of the charge
  • No refunds are issued for partial months
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact us immediately at info@greenregenbeauty.world. Provide details of the disputed charge, and we will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
